The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make a proposal how a manager should develop himself, what abilities are necessary to emphasise and what the key features of the right manager are. The theoretical part deals with the manager issues and manager development. It solves and tries to answer the question how the manager should develop himself and what he should do for his personal development. The result of this thesis is my own proposal and recommendation for a young ambitious manager. This proposal has been based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.

Characterizes the team leadership through finding common sense and defining values based on Golden circle. Describes current trends in the labor market, which meet both companies and also people. There is the research survey by understanding interview in the empirical part supplemented by current research on this topic. The aim is to theoretically define the topic, perform empirical research, analyze and propose solutions.

Leadership – Manager Skills Analysis

The diploma thesis “The Analysis of the Performance of a Top Manager” is concerned with the analysis of the actual work of people in leader positions of the company structure. The analysis is based on a questionnaire survey and follow-up interviews with a selected group of managers, which made it possible to gain data on the actual work of these people. The analysis and comparison of theoretical approaches and practice lead to conclusions and recommendations related to the training and education of people in management positions.

The role of the program The leader in me in developing competencies

The subject of this work is to describe and present the program The Leader in me as one of the possible starting points of the current educational effect on students of all levels of the educational system in terms of their equipment with competencies. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the framework educational program, key competencies in education and the school educational program. Furthermore, the principle of 7 habits of effective behavior is described here and it is stated how they can be applied in the school environment with the help The practical part of the work focuses on the methods leading to the acquisition of key competencies within the classes of Personal - Social Education and on the possibilities and impact of introducing of the program The Leader in me into practice at the Primary School Bratří Čapků in Ústí nad Orlicí. The information was collected through interviews and follow-up questionnaires. This research showed that the location of Personal and Social Education as a separate subject, its content and outputs, are in accordance with the recommendations of The Framework educational program for basic education and the thinking and intentions of class teachers. Leader In Me, the educational program at a primary school

This thesis examines the educational program "The leader in me" and its functioning within the first grades of elementary school. The thesis is divided into three chapters - theoretical, analytical and practical. The first theoretical part introduces the program and defines and explaines the term "habit". The outcomes of the first presented chapter focus on the interconnections between self-management and the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The analytical part summarizes experiences and results gathered during researching the sample elementary school A.B. Combs and other schools that use the examined program in their classrooms. This has been achieved based on the analysis of Czech and foreign resources. The last practical part presents a qualitative survey, whose main objective was to reflect on teaching practices that have been based on methods of self- management and on knowledge gained in the theoretical part of this thesis.

Personalization of Polish political parties after 2005

The aim of this Master's thesis called "Personalisation of Polish political parties after 2005" is to examine the process of personalisation among selected Polish political parties between the parliamentary elections in 2005 and the parliamentary elections in 2015, and to determine whether personalisation of Polish political parties increased after 2005. The thesis is based around the most well-known theories of personalisation of politics and a number of assumptions articulated by Polish experts on the subject. Personalisation is examined predominantly at an institutional level. The theoretical part presents different approaches to research the phenomenon, and defines three main concepts: personalisation, presidentialisation, and celebritisation. Several important personalised projects carried out in Poland between 1989 and 2005 are also described. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the level and development of personalisation within and outside the selected Polish political parties. This thesis does not strive to extend the theoretical concepts of personalisation of politics; instead, it aims to enrich the research of Polish politics after 2005.
